Car stopped running 2 miles from Lena on I49. Called American Towing in Alexandria and they responded quickly. The driver, James, got to my location in about 35 min. He has a great personality and us extremely competent. He treated me like a friend.I highly recommend this company if you need towing. .

Had an emergency situation, and American Towing was the way to go. Lacey was the one that took the call, and was very professional and had a driver on the call in great timing. I would highly recommend this company, and will be using them for future services.

Such a blessing on this holiday weekend! Our minivan overheated on our drive home over Thanksgiving weekend, and we found ourselves stranded on the side of the interstate. Laquanda, Jasen, Wesley, and Lonnie, from American Towing and Recovery, came out and collected the van and our entire family, bringing us in to town for the repair. Laquanda even brought out her own van to transport all of our family. The price was fair, the service was prompt, and even better, the employees were helpfully and friendly! I cannot express how grateful I am for the help they provided during our time of need!

My car broke down 18 miles south of Alexandria the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called and a very nice lady answered, located me, and sent a driver to get us. I told her I was traveling with my family and she said not to worry, she would get us a ride. Concerned about us she came and picked us up herself. I can’t say enough good things about the people who helped me and my family during a very stressful time. Thanks to Laquanda, Jasen, Wesley and Lonnie. These are some of the nicest, most caring people you can meet. And, by the way, the price was more than fair.

I was in a wreck that totaled my car. I’ve never needed a towing service in Alexandria so I didn’t have a preference on who the police called to tow the car. I am extremely happy that they called this company. The entire experience has been above and beyond my expectations. They have been polite, caring, considerate, helpful, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone with the need.Thank you so much for making a horrific experience a little less stressful!

Me and my best friend was broke down on 107 in Marksville Louisiana. I called my insurance company and we chose American Towing to come get us.Joseph came out to our needs and he was a awesome tow truck driver.Joseph was very respectful and had a great personality with us. Joseph took good care of our vehicle. We all had a great conversation with him when he got the vehicle to the house.I don't know if Joseph will see this but plz let him know we thank him so much. Ty to American Towing for having such a wonderful worker on your team.
